Return Policy

IVA is committed to providing high quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed.  Return any item in original packaging within 12 business days of receipt for a full refund.  We will not refund or redo a print after 12 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include the completed IVA Return Form with the package. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund.

We highly suggest that you to return your item using a trackable method to be sure it arrives to us safely.

We take pride customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. We cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Low-resolution of uploaded images. However we do our best to flag low quality images prior to print.
  • Errors in user-selected products or quantity’s.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
  • Color matching what you see on your monitor or printed off your printer.  IVA is a “pleasing color” print house.  If you
    need to see color proofs please request them before finalizing your order.
  • In-proper care of products.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.  When you order, we need to know your details which allows us to process and fulfill your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process. Credit card processing is managed by our payment processing provider Authorize.net.

We do not nor ever will sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.

Terms & Conditions

IVA reserves the right to remove, delete or block images that we do not deem appropriate.  We respect the copyrights, of photographers, artists and/or other copyright holders. IVA will not knowingly print and/or distribute images without the consent of the creator or owner of the copyrights. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the necessary authorizations and/or permissions to use the images.

Images uploaded are the sole property of the creator/copyright owner. IVA will not re-use or re-print images uploaded through our site by our customers. The customer agrees to hold IVA harmless, and shall assume all liabilities that may occur, should a claim be brought against IVA for use of these images(s). IVA will not be liable for the content of any image(s) uploaded, sent by common carrier on electronic media.
